The University of Oregon is excited to welcome the Big Ten Plus News and Marketing Conference to the Pacific Northwest for the first time. The conference registration fee is $175 per attendee.

Hotel Accommodations
Hayward Inn: Blocks of rooms for June 21-24, 2026, have been reserved at the Hayward Inn, located steps away from the UO campus. Rooms are available until filled. Cancellations can be made up to 30 days prior to your room reservation.
Call 541-485-2727 to reserve. Reference "Big Ten Plus News and Marketing Conference" for the $129 per night conference rate. Complimentary parking is available.
Other Hotels
For those wanting to stay in Downtown Eugene, The Gordon Hotel and the Graduate Hotel are an eight-minute drive to campus. Public transit is also available. There is no conference rate if you choose either of these hotels.
Travel
- Eugene Airport (EUG) is located ten miles from campus. It is serviced by Alaska Airlines, Allegiant, American Airlines, Delta, Southwest, United Airlines, and flights connecting from other major airlines. Eugene Airport’s ground transportation webpage provides suggestions for independent shuttles, taxis, rental cars, and rideshare services like Lyft and Uber. Please refer to the UO ride hail map for designated pick-up and drop-off locations on campus.
- Portland International Airport (PDX) offers more non-stop flight options from major airports and is a two-hour drive south to the University of Oregon. Visit the PDX ground transportation webpage for options for traveling to Eugene.
