University Communications positions the University of Oregon to succeed and thrive by telling the institution’s most important stories to a broad range of key audiences. The team is responsible for managing and overseeing UO’s media relations, digital communications, social media, graphic design, writing, editing, strategic communications, marketing strategy, and brand management.

Our team includes award-winning professionals with extensive experience in higher education and other industries. In addition to overseeing the university’s major communications channels, our team partners with departments across campus to produce communications materials for external audiences, and offers advice and counsel on marketing strategy and effective use of branded communications.
