Conference Venues

Most conference sessions take place in the Ford Alumni Center (FAC). Although the conference hotel (Hayward Inn) is located across from the FAC, please use designated crosswalks when crossing Franklin Boulevard, as traffic and express bus lanes run between the hotel and campus.

Conference Check-In
Hayward Inn Lobby – Let us know you've made it and pick up some fun items to take home. 

4:00–5:30 p.m. 

Welcome Reception and Late Check-in (optional)
Student Welcome Center – Join us for drinks and hors d'oeuvres.
You can also check in for the conference and pick up some fun items to take home.

5:30–6:00 p.m.

Travel to Dinner 
Meet at Hayward Inn to walk or ride the shuttle to dinner at Autzen Stadium.
The walk is a flat, one-mile, 20-minute stroll over the river and through the woods to Autzen Stadium.

6:00–7:15 p.m.

Dinner
Autzen Stadium Club Room – Join us and your colleagues for dinner, conversation, and fun.
Celebrate your university by wearing your school's gear or colors!

7:30–8:45 p.m. 

Football Facilities Tour (optional)
Get behind-the-scenes access to the Oregon Ducks athletic facilities.
Return shuttles to Hayward Inn will be provided for those who choose not to take the tour and for participants after.
