The Email Communication Best Practices page has been added to the Oregon Brand Guide website to support smarter, more effective email outreach. The page provides high-level guidance and covers practical tips on list management, writing stronger subject lines, improving accessibility, measuring performance, and much more. It’s designed to help communicators connect more clearly and confidently with students, faculty, staff, alumni, and outside partners. Aligning with university brand standards, email communications can better reflect the voice and values of the UO.
